Maintenance

EVITECH customers can subscribe a maintenance contract. Maintenance provides access to new versions of the software products,  software support, and, if any, maintenance of the hardware supplied by EVITECH. Hardware maintenance is reported by EVITECH to the hardware supplier, under conditions chosen by the customer for the maintenance contract.

The support service is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (GMT) every worked day. You can contact support with a message hereunder. An operator will call you back in the shortest delays. Support is reserved for customers with a maintenance contract or under guarantee period. For an emergency call, please contact the phone number provided with you buying request documents.
