EVITECH customers are recommended to subscribe a maintenance contract. The maintenance provides access to new versions of the software products, software support, and, if any, maintenance of the hardware supplied by EVITECH, including renewal of this hardware when too old. The hardware maintenance can also be reported by EVITECH to the hardware supplier, under conditions chosen by the customer for the maintenance contract.
