On October 26th 2002, the hostage taking in Moscow Theater ends with the scaring assessment of around 200 hostages killed over 700, either inside the theater or within the following days...

In order to answer such situations with more straightseeing, the FAMUC project is born, under a french military project, in order to offer a tool making it possible to control and follow such situations, indicate friends and ennemies, measure their exact position, speed, and track all this information through images and images during minutes and hours before intervention, whatever the crossings and disappearances made by the tracked targets.

Impassioned with robotics and artificial intelligence, EVITECH' s founders follow then the first successes of this product for improving it and outcome to the EAGLE solution.

Software developed by EVITECH relies on most performing image processing algorithms, adapted to hold real-time constraints. First developments have been made for the French Ministery of Defense and are deposed as them since 2003.
